Honoring Fallen Officer James Muhlbauer Kansas City Police Officer James Muhlbauer and his K-9 partner Champ were killed in the line of duty when their patrol car was struck by another vehicle Wednesday. This deadly epidemic, fueled by Mexican cartels at the southern border, is plaguing our communities and crushing Kansas families. We must secure the border and crack down on fentanyl traffickers.
