Team — State by state, ballot measure by ballot measure, we’re doing what we can to close the racial wage gap.
For every $1 a white, non-Hispanic man makes, a Black woman only makes 58 cents on the very same dollar. And that is a statistic we refuse to stand by and ignore while nothing is done in Washington to fix it.

As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, we’re recommitting to our fight to close the racial wage gap by taking action. The federal minimum wage hasn’t increased since 2009, so we’ve been fighting alongside voters all across the country to raise wages for everyone.
No one should have to work multiple minimum wage jobs just to make ends meet for their families and we’ll continue our fight for social and economic fairness at the ballot box to make that happen.
If you’re with us in the fight to bring higher wages to America’s workers — especially women of color — add your name to our petition now so that we know we have your backing!

Thanks for taking action, friend.
