In a jaw-dropping interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Hillary Clinton refused to say whether or not she would support Bernie Sanders if he wins the Democratic nomination for president. That is unacceptable.

Clinton’s statements are not only out of touch, but dangerous. Defeating Trump is more important than settling old scores. The Democratic Party must unite behind the eventual nominee if we stand a chance against Trump in the fall. So we’re starting a petition to call on Sec. Clinton to do the right thing:

If Bernie Sanders wins the Democratic nomination, then we all should be prepared to get to work to elect him president and defeat Donald Trump. The only way that we will succeed in changing Hillary’s mind is with a massive movement of folks demanding that she support whoever wins the nomination.
