Assignment: February 17, 2023
Time for Completion: 1 Week
Dear Believers, Friends, and Fellow Students,
Happy Saviours’ Day! We hope that you had the opportunity to hear the closing words of Student Minister Ishmael from last week’s Study Group, which beautifully assist in our transition to Study Guide 20. You can access them at http://study.noi.org.
This week, if it pleases Allah, we'll continue our exploration of Study Guide 20: Closing The Gap, which The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan gifted to us on Saviours' Day 23 years ago. Let's keep exploring the Foreword section; and to aid our discussion and contemplation we've provided some questions for your group to consider. Please choose within the group, which ones to discuss.
Next week, we'll be celebrating at our Annual Saviours' Day Convention, and we hope that you'll be able to join us. There will be no study group on February 24, but we encourage you to keep exchanging your ideas and reflecting on this divine revelation.
- What specific aspects of the teachings do you believe we must be rooted in to survive during the inevitable absence of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan?
- Minister Ava states “We must prove the truth of what we have been given by being successful.” What does success look like specifically for you? What must you do to be successful?
- What is Allah’s Mercy that is discussed in the Foreword? Is it possible to lose Allah's Mercy?
- Minister Ava states, “Allah is bringing in a new world, He is on the verge of recreating.” Do you see any signs of this based on what we experience from Allah’s first Attribute?
- Brother Jabril Muhammad states in his Introduction, “May this little book stimulate the reader to think deeper than ever before into the significance of this wonderful Black man -- a real Brother and friend to humanity -- the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.” Why is it more important than ever before to see the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan properly?
May Allah continue to bless us with Love and the Light of Understanding!
