** Six Italian Courts Have Ruled that Cell Phones Cause Brain Tumors
------------------------------------------------------------
By Martine Vriens and Dafna Tachover
On January 13, 2020, Turin’s Court of Appeals confirmed a 2017 decision determining that a former Telecom Italia worker’s acoustic neuroma (a benign tumor in the ear) was caused by his mobile phone use. This is the sixth time that an Italian court has affirmed a causal link between cell phone use and brain tumors, including decisions by the High Court of Italy.
Crucially, the Turin court stated that the studies provided by the defense—which denied a causal link—were mostly industry-funded and, therefore, should be given less weight because of conflicts of interest. Studies by members of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) also suffer from conflicts of interest, according to the Turin court, because they likewise receive funding from industry.
The World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) International EMF Project and many countries around the world have adopted the industry-funded ICNIRP’s recommendations as their safety guidelines.

** Robert Kennedy Jr. Assembles Legal Team to Sue FCC over Wireless Health Guidelines
------------------------------------------------------------
Robert Kennedy Jr., Chairman of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) has committed to be proactive on the concerns regarding excessive exposure of our children to 5G and wireless radiation. To fulfill this promise, he and IRREGULATORs’ Attorney Scott W. McCollough and Dafna Tachover Attorney and CHD's Director of Stop 5G, will be submitting a lawsuit on February 3rd against the FCC for its December 4, 2019 decision to decline to review its 1996 guidelines, and for its determination that the guidelines are protective of human health.
The Dec. 4 determination provides a rare opportunity to sue the FCC and expose its disregard for public health that has been causing so many injuries and deaths. We will be representing the many children who have been injured. This is the opportunity we have been waiting for; a successful lawsuit on this will be a game changer.
But we need your help.

** Fluoride's Neurotoxicity vs. EPA going to Trial in April 2020
------------------------------------------------------------
On November 22, 2016, a coalition of non-profit groups (Fluoride Action Network, Food & Water Watch, Moms Against Fluoridation, and others including individuals) submitted a Citizen’s Petition under Section 21 of Toxic Substances Control Act to the EPA, requesting a ban on the addition of fluoridation chemicals to water in order “to protect the public and susceptible subpopulations from the neurotoxic risks of fluoride.”
Under the direction of lead attorney Michael Connett, JD, of Waters Kraus and Paul in Los Angeles, we will be going to trial in April. This will be the first time that any citizen group will go to trial under Section 21 of the Toxic Substances Control Act since it was passed in 1976.
