LABOR SOLIDARITY 20 FEB: one of our chapter founders has invited us to show up at the State Capitol on Monday 20 Feb (President's Day Holiday) for the NEA teachers union rally for healthcare benefits. Events are planned for the whole day so show up when you can.
READING GROUP 18 FEB: our next meeting will be Saturday 18 Feb at 10:00 am at the New Baking Company (formerly Santa Fe Baking Company) on Cordova Road (down the block from Trader Joe's) to discuss chapters 3-6 of Richard Wright's Black Boy.
