President Biden continues to pick exceptional judicial nominees, many with experience as civil rights attorneys and public defenders. Dozens of nominees have already been advanced out of the Senate Judiciary Committee and are awaiting a confirmation vote from the full Senate. To effectively restore balance to the federal judiciary after Trump’s extremist overhaul of the bench, our senators must move quickly to confirm these nominees.
