TODAY we found out: he’s joining the lawsuit to break up the San Antonio Justice Charter—an initiative Ground Game Texas launched with the support of nearly 40,000 Texans.

This is truly a David vs. Goliath fight:

• The Justice Charter is a groundbreaking ballot initiative to overhaul policing and improve public safety—including by decriminalizing marijuana and abortion care. Thanks to an army of everyday organizers and volunteers, it was signed by tens of thousands of Texas voters.

BUT…

• Our opponents are EXTREMELY well-financed and powerful. Wealthy anti-abortion activists and their powerful ally Ken Paxton want to break up this initiative—and block the will of voters.
