Thank you for another great year!

Our impact is made possible through the work, time, and support of people just like you. And 2022 was another year when Families in Transition sought to meet people where they are, treat them with dignity, and endeavor to prevent and continuously break the cycle of homelessness. This is our work every day.

As you can see – our impact was huge:

But these numbers only tell part of the story. Click here to see our video from this past November, which helps capture the fantastic and life-changing work that Families in Transition has within our community. Thank you to all those who donated their time, money, and voice to our mission.

We have some exciting things in store

We are proud of these accomplishments in 2022 and are poised to continue this work in 2023. With a lot of work going on every day, we have some exciting opportunities when you can engage, support, and learn more about the work of Families in Transition.

🎉Mark your calendar – our 33rd Walk Against Hunger will be held on Sunday, May 21st in Veteran’s Park. Registration is open – click here to sign up and get ready for another wonderful event!

🏢Increasing capacity – We will add three additional units to our family shelter to help alleviate a continued need and demand for these services. Renovations are slated to begin in March!

💙Introducing GivePulse – our new volunteer platform. Designed with our volunteers in mind – we are thrilled to bring this new resource and capacity to our volunteer community and work. Check it out!

These are just a few of the opportunities and events coming up – so, please stay tuned for more.

The work must continue every day

By now, you know that our work is made possible by people like you. Whether you volunteer in our Food Pantry, join us for our signature events – Walk Against Hunger and Annual Breakfast – or support us financially – it all ensures that we can prevent and break the cycle of homelessness.
