John, New Hampshire is known for our close elections, and ahead of last year’s midterms, there was no indication that 2022 would be any different.

Polls tightened significantly in the final days, and political experts doubted whether we could win. The good news is that our campaign was victorious. The bad news is that, in order to win, we took on a bit of debt.

We’ve made progress retiring that debt, but we’ve still got a ways to go. I’d really like to erase this deficit.

I’m proud of the work that this team put in to hold on to New Hampshire’s Senate seat. We were scrappy, we didn’t take anything for granted, and we connected with voters in every corner of the state.
