The Senate made history this week.

We confirmed our 100th Biden judge. Of those 100, 76 are women. Forty are women of color.

It’s been so gratifying to help move these nominations out of the Judiciary Committee. There’s no comparison between the highly qualified judges we’ve gotten confirmed and the Trump nominees who came straight off the Federalist Society’s conveyor belt.

This is why control of the Senate matters. If we don’t defend our majority in 2024, Republicans will once again have the ability to confirm judges who were handpicked by dark-money right-wing operations that are trying to take this country backwards. We’re talking about lifetime appointments to the Supreme Court on down.
