Last year, I filed a RICO lawsuit against Twitter, Facebook, Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg, and the FBI for colluding in a coordinated conspiracy to illegally interfere in our elections, including my own Congressional campaigns.
When I first filed, these Big Tech tyrants likely laughed it off thinking I could never prove it . . . but oh, how times have changed!
With the recent disclosures during the GOP House Oversight hearing last week in which three former Twitter executives and their FBI agent lawyer testified under oath about Twitter’s use of censorship during the 2020 election, the collusion between Twitter, Facebook, and even our federal government was brought to light and proven in front of Congress for the world to see. Now, it’s just a matter of getting my case to trial.
And, trust me, Big Tech is sweating bullets.
Last week, just one day after the hearing, Twitter and Jack Dorsey brought on yet another expensive attorney to fight me . . . and get this, the attorney is Michael Gottlieb, former Associate Counsel to Barack Obama!
Big Tech will fight as hard as they can to try to defeat my historic lawsuit, and I need your support more than ever! Please donate as much as you can today.
There is a stay on discovery until we get through a motion to dismiss. I’m confident we’ll survive it, and when we do, my legal team and I have the names of every person we need to subpoena, and we will be getting ahold of so much data, it will blow the lid off the entire plan by Big Tech to censor me and other Americans all around the nation in an effort to illegally interfere in our elections.
My case is vital to the future of FREE SPEECH AND FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS, and it will hopefully help put an end to the strangle hold that Big Tech has on both our society and our elections!
