In their first month in the majority, House Republicans have shown us exactly how they plan to govern the people’s house.

After a protracted and embarrassing Speaker election, they’ve passed legislation that offers tax breaks to their rich friends and donors and attacks reproductive freedom nationwide. Instead of addressing inflation, cutting costs, or creating jobs, they’re putting their energy into baseless political “investigations”.
