Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Judicial Watch is America’s largest “open records” litigator.

That means we file more “open records” lawsuits than any other organization in America…and over the past 29 years, we have broken through government secrecy on scandals ranging from Hillary Clinton’s emails to Biden family corruption issues!

But litigation comes with real costs…and that’s why I hope today you will give us your support with a special contribution!

Our commitment is to uphold the rule of law and the American people’s “right to know.” And the best way to do that is through the legal system and the courts.

I don’t believe any other organization uses the legal system and the courts as effectively and comprehensively as Judicial Watch does to protect the rule of law!

Your support now will mean so much to us at this time, because the work of Judicial Watch has never been as important as it is today.

Our members and supporters are helping us keep our elections honest, expose unlawful immigration policies, secure ourborders, fight for conservatives’ free speech rights, demand Biden family corruption accountability, and expose and challenge taxpayer-funded support for Critical Race Theory indoctrination!

We’re keeping our elections fair and honest!

Past Judicial Watch legal actions have led to courtroom victories (and massive voter registration roll clean-ups) in California, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, New York City, North Carolina, Ohio and WestVirginia.

Today, we are in federal court against Colorado and Pennsylvania for failing to make reasonable efforts to clean their voter lists, as required by the National Voter Registration Act(NVRA).

At the same time, our election law team is reviewing voting data from the November 2022 midterm elections and federal demographic data to determine if we need to file “warnings” …and potentially sue…other states.

Also, since the Biden administration continues to launch attacks against election integrity safeguards, our other election integrity work now takes on new urgency.

That’s why we’re now in court challenging BidenJustice Department lawsuits against Georgia and Texas for enacting commonsense election laws that curtailed voter fraud and made it easier for eligible citizens to vote.

And our legal team is studying other threats to ballot integrity as well because the challenges to honest elections in 2024 will be enormous…and you can be sure that where others complain about voter fraud and dishonest elections, Judicial Watch acts.

We’re Exposing and Stopping Racist, Marxist Critical Race Theory Teaching

Our successful lawsuit against the U.S. Defense Department forced the release of documents proving that CRT propaganda is part of the curriculum at the U.S. Military Academy (West Point). And we also sued for records related to alleged CRT instruction at the U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Air Force Academy!

But that’s not all on the CRT front that’s spilling into 2023...

...we are currently pursuing federal civil rights lawsuits on behalf of teachers in Massachusetts and Illinois who were fired in retaliation for opposing Critical Race Theory and other extreme woke programs in their schools.

These lawsuits are active, and the ways things are taking shape today, I strongly suspect we’ll be filing more lawsuits like these this year.

We battle against government secrecy and for the American people’s right to know

We are doggedly persistent in our litigation to see that our open records laws are respected, and that justice is done when it comes to getting to the full truth about Biden family corruption….which is why we are in state court fighting the University of Delaware over its refusal to release information about its secret deal with Joe Biden that is keeping Biden’s 36 years’ worth of U.S. Senate records under lock and key!

And we are pursuing multiple lawsuits to expose the full truth about Hunter Biden’s sleazy family business dealings, especially with China...business dealings that may well have benefitted Joe Biden!

Litigation is expensive and time-consuming, but it delivers results, and Judicial Watch never stops fighting for accountability and our “right to know.”

And we are a leader in the battles to enforce our laws against illegal immigration

We have filed a raft of FOIA requests and lawsuits over Biden’s border crisis that’s undermining public safety, our sovereignty, our U.S. Constitution, and our national security. Faced with the Biden administration’s illegal immigrant invasion, our tireless efforts to expose the criminal negligence of the Biden administration are vital.

Your decision to support us is important. Even more than that ...it is essential.

Because if Judicial Watch doesn’t take on Washington DC corruption and secrecy, no one else will. Sadly, that’s a fact.

If you can make a contribution today, you will help us push forward with all our lawsuits, research and investigations…and help us continue to deliver real results!

Results like pushing states across the country to clean their voter rolls and reduce opportunities for voter fraud. Results like exposing the ugly truth about Critical Race Theory and defending teachers who take a stand against it. Results like holding Joe Biden and other public officials accountable.

I can assure you that all of us at Judicial Watch will work hard every day to honor the trust you place in us

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
