TAIPA proposes changes to its plan of operation

The Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association (TAIPA) has filed amendments to its Texas Plan of Operation to change the membership of the Governing Committee and to expand options for member carriers when a member insurer stops writing automobile liability insurance.
