Friend --

This week marks 10 years since the Supreme Court's ruling on Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. That single decision on January 21, 2010 opened the floodgates of dark money in politics -- and our democracy hasn't been the same since.

That's why today I'm joining hundreds of thousands of people across the country in calling for a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United. It's the boldest, most important step we can take to put power back in the hands of voters.

Add your name next to mine: Sign the petition to show that Americans are demanding comprehensive campaign finance reform -- including an amendment to overturn Citizens United!

Under Citizens United, corporations, billionaires, and even foreign entities can make unlimited, untraceable financial contributions to super PACs and buy influence in our elections. As one of the only candidates in the country who doesn't take money from any PACs or special interests, I know how hard it is to mount a campaign when dark money groups have vast, unaccountable funds to spend against you.

Over the last year, I've voted in Congress to get money out of politics and build a better, more representative, and more responsive democracy. But as long as the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision stands, our democracy will continue to fall short of its promise.

Join me and Americans across the country in demanding that Citizens United be overturned.
