Hey John, let’s chat about FEC deadlines. 

At the end of every quarter, HER Time has to send all our fundraising numbers to the FEC, and then they’ll become public. Tons of people — Kevin McCarthy, GOP super PACs, and more — will be looking at our numbers to judge the strength of our team.

This is the time when possible challengers to our frontline candidates like Lauren Underwood and Angie Craig may make final decisions on jumping into the race. If they look at our reports and see lackluster fundraising numbers, they might assume it’ll be an easy path to victory. 

That’s why it’s SO incredibly important to show strong numbers on these fundraising reports — not just in dollar amounts, but in the number of donors we have. 

We want to show this movement is large, nationwide, fired up, and motivated to elect more women. We need to show off the power of this grassroots team, so we want to be able to include your name on that report, John.
