Emerge's strategic recruitment and training programs help Democratic women defy the odds and shatter glass ceilings in politics so they can fight for all of us at every level of government. We saw that 71% of Emerge alums who ran in the midterms WON their elections, and 48% of our first-time candidates won – compared to the baseline 10-15% who haven't gone through Emerge training! 

So we know we have what it takes to help Democratic women succeed on the campaign trail and in office. But the need for our recruitment and training programs is growing by the day, and we urgently need your help to keep up!
