** MEDIA ADVISORY: Gov. Justice to hold administration update briefing tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.

WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture, and History Randall Reid-Smith, Deputy Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Scott Mandirola, Commissioner of the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health and State Health Officer Matt Christiansen, Commissioner of the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles Everett Frasier.

WHAT: Gov. Justice and members of his administration will provide updates and take questions.

Tomorrow, Gov. Justice will announce the signing of a bill creating a vehicle title clearinghouse for non-resident businesses in West Virginia, among other announcements.

Officials will also be on hand to address questions relating to the East Palestine Train Derailment and associated environmental impacts.

WHEN: Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
