As the newest person on this team, I want to let Maxwell’s supporters like you know why I decided to come on board, and why fundraising is so important to me.

I’ve dedicated my career to working for people and organizations that make a difference in their communities. And it’s taught me that passion and vision need real funding behind them. Without it, communities who are often neglected by their “leaders” lose out on crucial opportunities.

Now, I see Maxwell making a difference for his community, and I’m here to help him stay in office and keep fighting against extreme Republicans and established Democrats. But it’s going to take serious work, which is why I need YOU.

Our February mid-month deadline is my first as Finance Director, so I’ve crunched some numbers – and we are still $12,309 short from reaching our goal. If everyone reading this email pitched in at least $23, we could be in a strong position to out-raise those who are already planning to unseat Maxwell this cycle.
