Hi team, it’s Terry – from a field organizer back in 2014 to now Executive Director of Team BGTX – I am so proud to be celebrating our 10th Anniversary this year. 🎉
As an organizer and activist who started my career here, I've dedicated my work to advocacy, and I've grown alongside the organization to meet the challenges we face today. As a lifelong Texan and Rio Grande Valley native, I've watched extremist Republicans attack our healthcare, pollute our communities, and strip us of our right to vote. Our family, friends, loved ones, neighbors, and Texans everywhere deserve better.
That's why I know Texans are ready for change, and if you're ready too, chip in $5 to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and support Battleground Texas as we continue our journey. Texans are tired of not being heard, not being represented, and not being seen in Austin and Washington D.C.
As a grassroots, data-driven organization built on the idea that every volunteer can significantly impact local, state, and national elections, Battleground Texas is ready to make a difference.
We have been fighting for ten years, and now we're celebrating our TENTH Anniversary by expanding our efforts to register and turn out voters to bring real representation to Texans everywhere.
How are we a unique progressive force in the Lone Star State? We don't just register folks to vote, we are creating a sustained grassroots movement of voters that turn out each and every election. But to keep up the fight, we need your help.
