Our state efforts to defeat woke ESG standards are full steam ahead. States like Indiana, Nebraska, Missouri, Arizona, and Oklahoma are actively working on measures that would protect their state pensions from woke investments.

Specifically, Indiana’s General Assembly is pushing HB 1008, legislation that would force the financial institutions managing state pension funds to fulfill their fiduciary duty and halt investments in political agendas.
