Dear Friend,
We want to highlight some great upcoming fellowship opportunities from the Common Sense Society. Marion Smith (Publius 2011) is the CEO of the Common Sense Society and Murray Bessette (Lincoln 2016) is their VP of Education—so attendees would be in quite capable and Claremont-seal-of-approval hands.
Common Sense Society fellowships offer recent graduates, graduate students, and young professionals the opportunity to study the principles of liberty, prosperity, and beauty with leading scholars in social, respectful environments.
Fellows leave CSS programs having learned about our guiding principles, their interdependence, their necessity to a well-lived life, and their enduring place as cornerstones of free, prosperous, and vibrant communities.
Applications for Common Sense Society's general fellowships are now open, with early action deadlines coming up quickly.
- Carolina Fellowship, July 30-August 4 at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, SC
- Europa Fellowship, August 20-25 at Károlyi Castle in Fehérvárcsurgó, Hungary
- Caledonia Fellowship, September 10-15 at Carberry Tower in East Lothian, Scotland
- John Quincy Adams Fellowship, October 12-13 (then meeting monthly) in the DC area
