Friends,
Last week, I was honored to be chosen to serve as the Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection.
Cybersecurity has become an increasingly important element of protecting our homeland from enemies both foreign and domestic. Too many Americans have had their sensitive data compromised, their economic prosperity threatened, and their lives lost because of it.
I've been proud to be part of the fight against attacks to our national security and democracy, and I welcome the opportunity to protect our communities on the web front as well. Will you join me in this fight to ensure the privacy and security of our people by making a $20 donation to our mid-month fundraising deadline?
I’m fighting for practical, common-sense solutions to keep our families and communities safe. The way to do that is by strengthening our cyber resilience and improving and protecting critical infrastructure like the electric grid, water systems, and voting machines.
I’ve already proposed legislation to take action: Over the last year, I’ve authored two bills aimed at addressing cybersecurity threats and promoting proactive solutions that were included in the FY23 National Defense Authorization Act, which was signed into law.
Friends, I couldn't have done it without you.
It’s grassroots power that allows me to fight for us all, and I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve done, and of our efforts to mobilize across the state. Supporters like you are why we will be able to continue defending our democracy and rejecting extremist policies. Please help us continue in this work by making a contribution of any amount to our mid-month goal.
