Hi John, I wanted to take a moment to talk about Black History Month and its significance.

This is a time to honor, celebrate, and reflect on the contributions of Black Americans to our nation’s history and culture, as well as a reminder that we still have a long way to go to ensure equality for all in our nation.

The Black American story is the American story.

This Black History Month, I invite you to join me in honoring that story and continuing the fight to ensure our country realizes its promise for everyone.
