URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Corporations are DESTROYING the Amazon rainforest and other critical ecosystems! Act now!

Towering trees collapse to the forest floor, sending ANIMALS FLEEING FOR THEIR LIVES. This lush, vibrant ecosystem, home to MILLIONS of unique species, will soon become a pasture for cattle or a desolate soy plantation to feed animals suffering in factory farms around the world.

This destruction is happening RIGHT NOW in places like the Amazon rainforest and the Cerrado tropical savanna in Brazil. The Cerrado is a biodiversity hotspot containing 5% of ALL species on Earth. It’s often called an “upside-down forest” because of the deep roots its plants sink into the ground to survive seasonal droughts and fires.

The Cerrado is also home to more than 80 Indigenous groups who depend on the land’s resources. Yet, the World Bank is financing one of the worst corporations that works with soybean producers who are EXPELLING INDIGENOUS PEOPLE from their land and BURNING WILDLIFE HABITATS! Please, Friend, help STOP the CORPORATE CONQUEST in the Amazon and Brazilian Cerrado before it’s too late! Tell the World Bank to stop funding this destruction by 11:59pm TONIGHT!

The clearing of forests for cattle ranching and crops to feed animals in factory farms generates 75% of all deforestation in Latin America. Deforestation in Brazil reached a 15-YEAR HIGH in 2022. Every minute that passes, more trees are torn down!

The World Bank should not use millions of our taxpayer dollars to help agribusiness giants greenwash their destructive activities while they continue to DESTROY pristine ecosystems. You can help PROTECT the Amazon, the Cerrado, and everyone who depends on these ecosystems from corporate greed! We need 3,054 more people to sign by 11:59pm TONIGHT: demand the World Bank STOP funding this destructive industry!
