If we haven't met yet, I’m Joe, Eric’s campaign manager.
I’m writing because tomorrow at midnight marks the halfway point of our first fundraising quarter of 2023. Truth be told, our fundraising has been a bit slow going, so we need to pick up the pace if we have any hope of meeting our quarterly goal.
I know it may feel early, but Republicans and their special interests allies are already laying the groundwork to take this seat. Now is the time to start rebuilding our war chest. Unfortunately, we’re not on pace to meet our goal -- we’re about $12,334 short of where we need to be.
Eric has already begun to make his mark by helping put forth a new Farm Bill, which will help protect our farm families, secure SNAP funding, and advance new rural development. On top of that, Eric was recently named the ranking Democrat on the Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics within the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology.
I want to make sure I have some good news to give Eric, and I know hitting this fundraising goal will bolster his work this week.
