Like Paul’s, our victories in November were not by chance. We had an army of incredible volunteers and organizers in every corner of the state working 24/7 to beat back against the extreme Republican agenda — all funded by thousands and thousands of small, grassroots donations. That’s why today, I am honored to announce the launch of Wellstone Academy to build on our historic success in 2022 and train the next generation of Minnesotans who will re-elect President Biden, re-elect Senator Amy Klobuchar, re-elect our congressional delegation, and sustain our DFL House Majority in 2024.
I learned from Senator Paul Wellstone that the best way to win elections is door-to-door and neighbor-to-neighbor, and that still holds true to this day. Wellstone Academy Fellows will go through an intensive 32-week training curriculum designed by top trainers and campaign experts from around the nation.
