A judge has set a briefing schedule in our pistol brace lawsuit Mock v. Garland that requires FPC to file our reply to a recent government motion by Feb. 23rd. 

That gives our legal team just over a week to file our Reply on time and advance this very important case!

As you know, we are attempting to halt enforcement of ATF's latest regulation as soon as possible because at the end of the 120-day period, tens of millions of gun owners will potentially face felony charges.
