John, last year California signed one of the most outrageous bills I’ve ever seen into law.
California Senate Bill 107 made the state a “sanctuary” for gender transitions performed on children, allowing parental rights to be terminated for an out-of-state parent objecting to his or her child’s gender “transition.”
Can you imagine?
Your rights as a parent stripped from you because the state of California thinks it knows better than you—your child’s parent!
It is really shameful what legislators in California are doing.
But other states are working to protect vulnerable children—children like our client, Chloe Cole who was coerced by doctors into a double mastectomy at the age of 15.
Earlier this year, Governor Spencer Cox, signed such a bill protecting vulnerable children in Utah and banning gender transition medical operations on minors.
And yesterday, Gov. Kristi Noem signed a similar bill protecting vulnerable children in South Dakota.
It is encouraging to see so much momentum behind our movement.
But in states like California, our only recourse is litigation and we must win.
Because you and I both know that Governor Newsom will NEVER stand up for vulnerable children like Governors Cox and Noem just did.
John, no child needs a double mastectomy because they think they’re the wrong gender.
And no child needs to be chemically castrated because they’ve been convinced they’re the wrong gender.
Thank you in advance for your support.
