Democrats Deliver After Years of Republican Neglect

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — FEBRUARY 1, 2023 – Oklahoma has been awarded the largest transportation grant in history, $85 million, to finish work on the Tulsa I-44/U.S. 75 interchange, thanks to Democrats and the Biden administration.

Oklahoma Democrat Elected to National Board

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — FEBRUARY 3, 2023 – Scott J. Hamilton, executive director of the Oklahoma Democratic Party, was elected to serve as the Midwestern representative on the Executive Committee of the Association of State Democratic Executive Directors (ASDED) at the group’s winter meeting in conjunction with the Democratic National Committee in Philadelphia. PRECINCT ELECTIONS

Precinct Elections for State Party Convention Organzing takes place on March 16h at 7 PM. Only counties with 10 or fewer total delegates can combine their precinct elections with their County Conventions in April. Regardless of whether your county holds a combined convention or not, ALL precinct election calls must go out by February 15th.

Calls may be emailed, snail mailed, posted to their county website, posted on social media, or posted in your local paper by February 15th. Be on the lookout for call announcements for your county and the location of your precinct elections. The State Party will do it's best to post election locations the best we can on our website calendar as county notify the state with their information. okdemocrats.org/2023convention

Alicia Andrews, Oklahoma Democratic Party Chair, Eric Proctor, Oklahoma Democratic Party Vice Chair, and Executive Director, Scott Hamilton, traveled to Philadelphia, PA, for the DNC Winter meetings to include ASDC and ASED meetings and training earlier this month.
