[1]Bowman for Congress
John:
It's undeniable that our movement is fighting an ongoing battle.
Advocating for the needs of communities like ours — communities that have
been left behind by conservatives in both parties — is no simple task.
Just take the last week for example. The media and the establishment spent
days obsessing over what may or may not be spy balloons, and cheering a
military response. All the while, communities on the ground in Ohio were
reeling from a massive chemical spill from a railroad derailment, and it
got almost no attention or immediate support from those in charge.
It's plain where the priorities of the establishment are — on the side of
big corporations and the military-industrial complex. That's why it's so
important that we have advocates in Congress fighting for the needs of
everyday people and against corporate greed.

catch up to keep powering Jamaal's work in Congress. Can you chip in any

We've got to invest in our infrastructure, shore up protections for
workers, and push back against the monopolization that's letting powerful
companies like Norfolk Southern brazenly pollute at-risk communities.
But powerful interests are lined up against us. Our movement will only
succeed if we're able to come together and grow the power of progressive
voices in Congress like Jamaal. Change is incremental, but that's our best
shot at making progress.

fighting for working people in NY-16 and nationwide.
Thank you,
Team Bowman
