Dear Patriot,

Gun-grabbing Biden is trying to infringe upon our 2nd Amendment rights yet again.

Pistol braces -- frequently used by older gun owners and people with disabilities -- must now comply with laws used to regulate short barrel rifles.

This rule impacts millions of Americans and many West Virginians.

Last Thursday, I announced I'm leading a coalition of 25 Attorneys General against this rule, and partnering with companies and gun advocacy groups in this effort.  

I won’t stand for federal overreach on my watch.
