Hi friends,

Today and tomorrow, the 15 youth plaintiffs in La Rose v. His Majesty the King ([link removed]) are heading to court for a virtual hearing in their federal case. Over the course of these next two days, attorneys for the young Canadians, with the support of Our Children’s Trust, will present before a panel of Federal Court of Appeal judges via online conference, arguing that the plaintiffs’ case should proceed to trial.

A quick reminder that you can request a link to watch these online proceedings by emailing the Federal Court of Appeal at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) . Please note that links are individualized, and recording and broadcasting of court hearings are strictly prohibited.
