John, did you know that 52% of employees who have reported experiencing religious discrimination during their career are Jews?
Unfortunately, the world’s oldest hatred keeps seeping through the walls of office cubicles just as it is mainstreamed in society more broadly. Antisemitism can have a destructive impact both on employees and on the organizations they work for. For Jewish employees, it can lead to marginalization and social isolation, as well as psychological, emotional and economic harm.
ADL is here to help! We have just rolled out a new “Antisemitism 101 for the Workplace” module that is free for individuals and the business community as well as other workplaces such as nonprofits and public institutions.
The on-demand module is appropriate for professionals at all levels and industries to develop their understanding of antisemitism, identify stereotypes and take action when problems arise.
Will you help us share this as widely as possible? Please bring this opportunity to fight hate to management, DEI professionals and colleagues.
Thank you for your support and assistance in this essential work to help drive antisemitism out of the workplace.
Sincerely, |
