Here's what's going on. Planned Parenthood has been raking in record-breaking profits and taxpayer funding, while also committing more abortions than ever before. It's revolting, but now they want even more.
The far-Left Ninth Circuit upheld a multimillion-dollar California jury award to Planned Parenthood – from the pro-life advocates who exposed the abortion giant's harvesting and selling of aborted babies' body parts.
We appealed – asking the full appeals court to rehear the case (one step before the Supreme Court). Planned Parenthood refused to respond, but now the court has forced them to. Planned Parenthood's court-ordered deadline JUST passed, and now the court will decide.
We must have this injustice OVERTURNED. We're battling the boundless resources of the taxpayer-funded abortion industry in courts nationwide.
