Five years ago 17 people were killed at the school shooting in Parkland, Florida. It launched a youth movement "March for Our Lives". That movement became more than 1 million people gathering in cities from DC to Harrisburg to Denver demanding life-saving action. Our Advocacy Day will be part of a coordinated series of actions organized by March For Our Lives in state capitals across the country. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to be a part of something big.
You’ll meet with legislative offices and attend a mid-day rally on the front steps of the Capitol with elected leaders, survivors, youth, faith leaders, medical professionals, and other advocates to demand change and a safer Pennsylvania. We can’t wait any longer. Gun violence takes the lives of and injures 4,600 Pennsylvanians every year. Will you help us change this statistic on March 23? Once you sign up, we'll let you know about transportation options including a buses, online trainings to prepare for your meetings, and an exciting list of speakers for the rally.
See you March 23! Sincerely,
