In this morning's Senate calendar, the hearing on SB 209 - Requiring all advance voting ballots be returned by 7:00 pm on election day, was moved from today to Thursday, February 16 at 10:30 in room 144-S.  Sheila Wodtke is the committee assistance and her number is 785-296-4335.  

For those following HB 2253, the disability hiring preference, the bill was amended to include documentation from some veterans who do not receive the documents required by the Veterans Preference and their spouses.  The bill was passed favorably as amended. The amended document is not yet available on line.
