It’s Valentine’s Day!

As a member of our global community, you help us bring hope, prosperity, and possibility into the world. We are so grateful for you. ♥️

While we’re sharing the love and appreciation, we invite you to help acknowledge the nearly 6,000 Mercy Corps team members who are working side by side with communities around the world.

Though you may never meet, your words can send a message of thanks and encouragement to our team of humanitarians as they continue working for a better world.

In Colombia, Mercy Corps team member Yaneth Rodríguez (red shirt) stands with Libia Armida Paz, who participates in our program supporting economic opportunities for rural women.
Right now, in the wake of the earthquake that struck on Monday, February 6, our team members in Northwest Syria are focused on the safety and well-being of their communities, delivering essentials such as hygiene kits and shelter supplies. Some have lost family members and friends in this disaster.

Because 86% of our team members are working in their home countries, they are often affected by the same challenges as the people they serve — providing support to their communities amidst floods, drought, or conflict.

Have a Happy Valentine’s Day, and thank you for all that you do!

With love,

The Mercy Corps team
