This research was conducted by NBC News with NCHS data, and what it means is if we don't change our rural strategy we're not going to win in 2024.

The good news is, rural strategy is what No Dem Left Behind is all about. We have engineered the plan that will win back rural America in the coming cycles - but it takes long-term investment and commitment. John, can I count on you for that kind of institutional support?

Here are a few numbers that point to the kind of success we can achieve when we put in the work:

• Winning in one of the reddest districts in the swing state of Wisconsin
• Doubling turnout among infrequent and under-35 voters in Texas
• Rebranding the party by implementing community projects and winning a majority in local government and school boards in red counties

These are just a few of the things No Dem Left Behind partners have achieved, and we've structured the ROCC network to support activists across the country with the means to carry out similar programs and earn similar victories in their communities.

The fact is that down-ballot successes translate up and Democrats have lost track of coordinating the local victories into national strategies - but at No Dem Left Behind, this is our bread and butter.
