MediaJustice is hosting an Electronic Monitoring 101 workshop designed to break down the history of surveillance/EM and its impacts on our communities. Join us on Thursday, February 16th at 6:00-7:30pm ET.

At MediaJustice, we're committed to addressing the harms of electronic monitoring through our campaign, Unshackling Freedom, which is designed to combat e-carceration. Thursday’s workshop is the first in a series of workshops aimed at providing communities and organizations impacted by electronic monitoring with the strategies and tools needed to catalyze a collective movement against this violence.
 

Throughout this series, participants will have the opportunity to learn from our Unshackling Freedom Squad - a group of campaign partners who will be sharing their expertise to advise ongoing and new campaigns against electronic monitoring.
