It's Hard to Believe It's Still Happening
Hello Fellow PPCer
February 2023. It has been almost three years since the 'pandemic' was declared and the politicians in Ottawa, Toronto and our local municipalities went crazy with 'precautions' and 'measures' designed to restrict your freedom, impinge on your health, and increase their power.
And it has been two years since the 'vaccine' roll out began. Two years of propaganda, pressure and mandates to get you to take the jab. What has become apparent to almost everyone, however, is that most Canadians are done taking shots and boosters. Even Trudeau seems to recognize he can't get away with border controls and flight mandates to coerce Canadians into taking something they know they don't need or want.
But believe it or not, North Bay City Council still doesn't get it. They're still forcing employees be jabbed. They're still mandating visitors to council meetings be jabbed. And they even require volunteers serving on area agencies, boards and committees to be jabbed.
What is it that the don't understand?
Clearly science won't persuade them. Obviously facts are not important to them. It looks like respecting individual rights isn't something they care about either. The one thing that does matter to every politician, though, is public opinion. At some point even the most stubborn leftist will respond to public criticism and complaint.
That's where you come in.
There are two easy and quick ways you can help put this issue front and centre with North Bay City councilors. The first thing is to sign this petition and share it with your friends via email, Facebook and Twitter. The second thing is to write or call them directly. If enough of us make the effort, they will have to respond sooner or later. Even the cities of Toronto and Windsor have dropped their mandates. What is North Bay council waiting for?
