100 town halls held, 16 bills signed into law, and counting!

john,

We're over one month into the 118th United States Congress, and I bet most of the headlines you've seen have been about chaos under Kevin McCarthy's leadership – from the multi-ballot election for Speaker of the House to dangerous bills introduced by MAGA extremists.

While we may be in for a challenging term in the House, I've been laser-focused on getting results for the people of Washington's 8th District – and I wanted to give you a few updates from the start of my third term.

I was elected Vice Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee! I was honored to be elected by my colleagues to serve in a leadership position on this powerful committee. I'm ready to work on legislation to lower prescription drug costs, move towards a carbon neutral future, and hold corporations accountable for price gouging.

My 16th bill was signed into law. The bipartisan National Forest Remediation & Restoration Act will fund the restoration of damaged public lands.

We hit a milestone: my 100th town hall. I ran for Congress on the promise to fight for and listen to the people of Washington's 8th District, and that's exactly what I'm continuing to do.

No matter which party holds the majority, I'll keep fighting for the people of WA-08 – but I can't do it without your support, john.

Will you chip in before our mid-month fundraising deadline to help ensure my team and I have the resources to protect this seat and keep fighting for the people of Washington State – and across the country?
