Except: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the agency charged with administering the nation’s legal immigration system, published a report on January 27, 2023, laying out its “Strategic Plan” for fiscal years (FY) 2023-26, the remainder of President Biden’s first term and then some.
