Georgia Day is a time for us to celebrate everything that makes the Peach State so great. Today, at Fair Fight, we’re reflecting on the critical role Georgia voters have played in protecting our democracy.

You may have seen recent headlines about Georgia potentially becoming an early primary state in upcoming presidential elections, and the Democratic National Committee’s recent vote to shake up the presidential calendar. It’s clear how important Georgia’s electorate is to the entire country, and how much power we hold when we make our voices heard as a collective.

Here at Fair Fight, we know that states with early primary elections can make a difference as we choose our next president. But Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is against Georgia becoming an early primary state in 2024, once again trying to undermine the voters of Georgia.

This Georgia Day, we’re gathering signatures from all 50 states to demonstrate widespread support and appreciation for the Georgia voters who helped flip both the Presidency and the U.S. Senate, so we could pass landmark federal legislation.
