Dear Supporter,

Today, we remember and honor the life of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  Dr. King embodied the heart and soul of our nation and the world with his unswerving commitment to non-violent social change, equity for people of all colors, and a passionate advocacy for the downtrodden.

Today, we celebrate Dr. King's life-long activism in the Civil Rights Movement, as a leader in the effort to end racial segregation, and as a true champion for racial equity for all.

Today, we commit to serve by volunteering our time, talent, and resources to help make a difference in the lives of those in our communities, our state, our nation, and the world.

On this day of remembrance, celebration, and service, Dr. King's words ring as true today as when he first shared them in saying, "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."   He additionally shared, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."  Let us all strive to live our lives by the example of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Have a safe and blessed Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
