The NRA is filing a Cert Petition with the U.S. Supreme Court, pitting us against the state of New York and former Governor Andrew Cuomo's administration.

We believe Cuomo and his gun-grabbing cronies, especially the state's former Financial Regulator, Maria Vullo, have long attempted to "blacklist" the NRA by coercing banks and other financial institutions against doing business with our Association.

Let's be clear: This is a BLATANT and unconstitutional attempt to intimidate the NRA and, by extension, our millions of members into silence. Rest assured, we will NEVER give in to the mob-style tactics of these anti-Second Amendment bureaucrats.

The state of New York and Ms. Vullo attempted to strongarm independent institutions into bending to their political will in an overt attempt to silence pro-gun advocacy - and the NRA withstood multiple motions to dismiss. However, this ruling was subsequently overturned on appeal.
