URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Southern Resident orcas are DYING OUT rapidly, and we need to take action to protect the remaining 73 whales before it’s too late!

One major reason that these endangered orcas are struggling to survive is the increase in commercial fishing by profit-driven corporations. This lack of Chinook salmon often leads to starvation, stress, and miscarriage

In order to keep herself and her calf healthy, a pregnant orca needs to consume about 300 pounds of this critical food source daily. Sadly, 69% of pregnant Southern Resident whales lose their babies before birth.

Scientists predict that orcas will be EXTINCT within the next few decades unless we take action to restore their fragile population immediately. Without enough salmon, these beloved mammals stand little chance of survival. Add your name now to tell the National Marine Fisheries Service to STOP corporate overfishing from driving orcas closer to EXTINCTION >>

Before almost half of the historic salmon runs vanished, the Pacific Northwest waters were once bountiful with food for orcas. But today, we’ve lost 159 Chinook salmon populations, and the orca population is at its LOWEST point since the 1970s.

Orcas are already battling threats like climate change, ocean acidification, and increased shipping pollution. If we don’t take urgent steps to replenish Chinook salmon, these beloved animals could soon starve to death and disappear forever.

While vulnerable orcas fight for their lives, greedy commercial fishing companies continue to exploit our oceans for profit. The U.S. government has failed to step up and curb this rampant overfishing, so we’re mobilizing environmental activists like you to help put public pressure on NMFS. Friend, will you join us and take action right now to SAVE endangered orcas before it’s too late?

Thanks for your help saving orcas,
