Since our first program at Mar-A-Lago in April of 2022, we have produced a

first-class, TV Pilot, featuring Tom Homan on the Mexican – American Border.

This TV show, entitled – Death County and the River of Broken Dream,

premiered to a full room of 125 people at Mar-A-Lago on November 1, 2022.

Our Team is now launching the next phase of our two-year campaign to educate

Americans to vote for a pro-border security President on

Tuesday, November 5, 2024.


The next six months have our Team traveling all along the disastrous Biden

open border and over to the Middle East, to tape two TV shows in Israel,

detailing how the Israeli’s went from border chaos and destruction to complete

border security success. These shows in Israel will be used as educational

programming showing Americans that indeed, border security in America is

achievable.

ISRAEL BORDER SECURITY

Please carefully read the following update which details how we invested your

donations to develop a powerful organization and timely message that will indeed

help save America. Moreover, your continued donations enable us to further develop

a comprehensive, national communication and activism outreach which is so needed

in these dangerous and dark days, especially at our southern border.


OVERVIEW: FEBRUARY – JULY, 2023

With the February 2023 release of our TV Pilot, Death County and the

River of Broken Dreams
, the Defend the Border Team moves into a four-episode

schedule for the first six months of 2023. These four episodes are a continuing

component to our two-year, Tom Homan Campaign, culminating with the election of

a pro-border security President, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

In addition to Tom Homan, our TV series and Daily Alert will feature such

border experts as Victor Avila, retired ICE Special Agent,

Jaeson Jones, former Captain, Texas border security and counterterrorism,

Sara Carter, investigative journalist; Todd Bensman, investigator;

Keith Rose, intelligence officer, Clare Lopez, retired CIA and

many other subject matter experts.

In addition to our educational, Border TV series, we have a second tier of

comprehensive social media produced in our studio in Florida, which includes

short form videos from the US - Mexican border and a daily,

live-streamed, Border ALERT.


Concluding our three-tiered Homan Campaign is national grassroots educational,

mobilization program. This aspect of our campaign features extensive coordination

with the conservative Christian and Jewish organizations and strategic work

with Border911 ([link removed]) , which is a division of The America Project. Chris Burgard

and Tom Trento are directly involved in the Border911 educational campaign as

speakers on their national 25-city campaign. This involvement enables our

Team to be in a strategic position to develop a national grassroots movement.


Advanced training through organizations like, Understanding the Threat ([link removed]) ,

directed by John Guandolo, instruct people to successfully establish a ground team

and engage at the local, county and state level. The activists learn how to

conduct information operations,communications and security training,

as well as strategic considerations to delay, disrupt and dismantle these

threats at the grassroots level. By the end of the

program activists will be organized with a clear operation plan to effectively

accomplish specific missions in their communities to reduce the adversary’s

ability to operate, while beginning the process of re-establishing a Republican

form of government in their communities and turn out pro-border security voters

in November 2024.

All elements of our Tom Homan, Defend the Border & Save Lives campaign are

geared for victory on election day, 2024.


EPISODE ONE (48 min, Feb release)

“Death County and the River of Broken Dreams”

Our TV pilot featuring former ICE Director, Tom Homan, taking the viewer on a

harrowing adventure into the death and destruction of the Biden Administrations

devastating open border policies. Regrettably, but necessarily Tom Homan brings

the viewer to “Death County,” which is Brooks County, Texas, 70 miles north of the

Mexican border to reveal how many men, women and children die horrible deaths

in the forsaken areas, under the heavy boots of the criminal, Mexican cartels.

So, the Rio Grande, becomes a River of Broken Dreams. Of course, none of this is

reported in the pro-Biden Press.

Our Pilot TV show is completely finished and will be released on a major

TV streaming service in February 2023

EPISODE TWO (24 min, April release)

“
FENTANYL - The Weapon of Mass Destruction in America's Present War.”

In the first year of Joseph Biden’s presidency over 104,000 Americans were

killed by Chinese supplied fentanyl and opioids that were smuggled across the

US Southern Border by Mexican Cartels. This number includes fathers, brothers,

mothers, sisters, sons, daughters, doctors, lawyers, and every other type of person,

died of a fentanyl overdose.

That is more American deaths than what the US suffered in Afghanistan,

Iraq and Vietnam combined. It is more than 2 1/2 times the number of Americans

killed in auto accidents in 2022.

Fentanyl is a highly potent synthetic opioid used as an analgesic.

Together with other drugs, fentanyl is used for anesthesia. It is also used

recreationally, sometimes mixed with heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines

or methamphetamine. The Mexican Cartels have partnered with China to

conduct asymmetrical warfare on America and the open border

is key to their strategy. Virtually all the illegal fentanyl coming into the United States

comes through our southern border, by way of Mexico and China.

Yes, China and the Mexican cartels are directly complicit in the poisoning and killing

of an astonishing number of US citizens.

Our hard-hitting episode, featuring Tom Homan, examines the transnational actors

behind the explosion of fentanyl in America and how this drug is devastating families

in cities, small and large, throughout America. This is war, and America is losing.

In this episode Tom Homan brings us to the front line of this battlefield.

He introduces us to the victims, their families and their stories.

Tom will lay out how we got here and what we need to do to save America.

The Defend the Border team has developed excellent relations with many

Congressional members, therefore, this episode on fentanyl and all others

will be screened by key Congressional committees.

EPISODE THREE (24 min, July release)

“From the River to the Sea”

This is a 24-minute fast-paced look at Israel’s battle-torn history from the time

of their reestablishment in the Holy Land in 1948 until they decided to

fully defend and secure their borders from five enemy countries who

wanted to eradicate Israelis...from the River (Jordan on the east)

to the Sea (Mediterranean on the west).

American border experts, Tom Homan, Sara Carter and Victor Avila will meet with

Israel border experts and explore and analyze the devastation that occurred when

Israel did not have secure borders. Israel had similar illegal migration as the US.

These migrants came from Sudan, Ethiopia and other African countries.

Israel's border systems fully resolved this immigration disaster, exactly what is

needed at the US southern border.

EPISODE FOUR (24 min, August release)

“Secure our Border – Save our Country”


An exhilarating success story of how Israel took seriously the sovereignty

of their land, which was under continued terrorist and foreign enemy attack.

Viewers will follow Tom Homan, Victor Avila and Sara Carter on a

journey assembling this case-study through the eyes and hands of the

Israelis who actually designed and built the complete and comprehensive

security systems in and around Israel. Episodes three and four will be taped on

location throughout the country of Israel. Our production team will

benefit from unique access to Israeli border security.

ISRAEL PRODUCTION – The rationale of producing two border shows

7000 miles away, in the midst of a very tough neighborhood is only possible due to

Tom Trento and his The United West team’s history of leading national security tours,

with Israeli American, Dr. Roni Wexler all throughout the Holy Land.

Through Dr. Wexler’s relationship with the Israeli government, our film team

will enjoy tactical and strategic production opportunities.

Production as part of a two-week tour – in order to decrease overseas

production costs, we have built our taping into our normally scheduled

national security tour in June 2023.

Three Tiers: TV Shows, Social Media, Grassroot Activism

Our two-year, Campaign uses Tom’s book, Defend the Border & Save Lives,

to create, develop and produce a series of media, including TV shows,

video exposes’ and a daily, live stream Border Briefing,

Our media follows the life of an amazing street cop who worked his way

to the top as Director of Immigration, Customs & Enforcement,

earning prestigious awards from Presidents Obama & Trump.

Tom’s law enforcement life is loaded with constant dangerous,

deadly events and humorous, life-changing moments. Tom is a tough cop,

with a soft heart that has saved many lives in his illustrious career.

Show topics scheduled for production include, human trafficking, drug trafficking,

foreign criminal gangs in America, Mexican cartels, economic impact of

illegal immigration, foreign terrorists coming across Mexican border,

damage to the rule of law and many other areas that are destabilizing

and destroying America.

Tom Homan’s story embodies all the elements of great Television!

Our teaching goal is to provide grassroots leadership on the border crisis and

generate a national campaign to...DEFEND THE BORDER & SAVE LIVES.

BUDGET $600,000 – JANUARY – JUNE 2023

With a core team of ten people, most of whom are volunteers,

we are able to maximize production and decrease expenses.

The $600,000 budget, for six months covers the following:

Tier One – the full production of four TV episodes.

Normally, one 24-minute production, on location on the southern border,

for a two-week shoot, with Tom Homan and other experts, with post-production

done at a top notch, Hollywood facility costs $200,000.

Tier Two – Social Media, produced at our Florida TV studio, including a daily

live stream border show, some of which will come from our folks on the

US-Mexica border and on the coastal borders of our state of Florida,

where the illegal immigration rate has doubled under the Biden Administration

“open borders” destructive policies.

Tier Three – A comprehensive, national, educational grassroots activism campaign

designed to mobilize pro border security voters to elect a pro border security

President on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Salaries – All salaries, including contract professionals, production personnel

and select vendors for media distribution and promotion.

Fixed Expenses – All fixed expenses, including rents, insurance, utilities,

phone, travel, subscriptions, website maintenance, food, marketing,

legal, lodging, office supplies, auto costs and other expenditures are

covered in the $600,000, six-month budget.

Promotion & Marketing – Defend the Border will contract with one of America’s

top, conservative marketing and public relations organizations,
