It’s only February, but national Republicans are already starting to play defense in Missouri’s U.S. Senate race. Here’s the situation:

LAST MONTH, just hours after Lucas Kunce announced his campaign on January 6, the group responsible for electing Republicans to the Senate called Lucas “unhinged” for wanting to take on a coward like Hawley.

THEN LAST WEEK, in a coordinated effort with D.C. special interests, that same GOP group launched another weird attack — criticizing Lucas, a man from mid-Missouri, for sounding like… a man from mid-Missouri. Later in the day, Hawley’s campaign even fundraised off it.

AND THIS WEEK, Republican National Committee chair, Ronna McDaniel, will travel to Springfield, Missouri to support Hawley + GOP candidates up and down the ballot.

Hawley + the GOP insiders in DC know Lucas has what it takes to flip this Senate seat. That’s why they’ve already started trying to tear down Lucas and the record-breaking grassroots movement we’re building with him.
